The Assam Science and Technological University (ASTU) has released the Assam Combined Entrance Examination (CEE) 2026 Final Answer Key on its official website. The final answer key has been prepared after reviewing objections submitted against the provisional version. Four questions have been dropped from the question paper, and all candidates who appeared in the exam will receive four bonus marks for each dropped question.

The Assam CEE is conducted annually by ASTU for admission to BTech programmes offered by engineering colleges across Assam. Approximately 2,000 engineering seats are filled through this state-level entrance examination.

What Are the Bonus Marks for Dropped Questions?

The final answer key confirms that four questions have been dropped after reviewing objections received against the provisional answer key. As a result, every candidate who appeared in the examination will be awarded four bonus marks for each dropped question. The counselling process will be conducted in four rounds, including a final spot round, for admission to nearly 2,000 BTech seats across nine state engineering colleges in Assam.
