The university has also informed that newly sanctioned or enhanced seats, if any, will be added in Phase-2 counselling, subject to approval from the relevant authorities. Candidates must carefully select options, as they can choose any number of colleges or specialities, but once submitted, choices cannot be altered after the cutoff time. Options that are not saved will still be considered automatically during allotment.

The university fee for selected candidates is ₹49,600, payable online while downloading the allotment order. Tuition fees for management quota seats are fixed as follows: Clinical Degree/Diploma – ₹9,93,600, Para-Clinical – ₹3,10,500, and Pre-Clinical – ₹1,40,760.

The notification also outlines seat distribution across Subcategory-1 (General Merit), Subcategory-2 (Foreign/NRI/NRI-sponsored), and Subcategory-3 (Institutional Preference/In-service). Candidates who participated in stray rounds of previous counselling cycles and did not join the allotted seats are debarred from participating this year.

NTRUHS advises all candidates to verify documents carefully at the time of admission and follow all instructions strictly to avoid cancellation of allotment. Further updates, including Phase-2 schedules, will be published on the official website.
