AP EAMCET Engineering Round 2 Counselling Schedule Released @eapcet-sche.aptonline.in; Registrations Open

New Delhi: APSCHE has released the schedule for the second and final round of counselling for Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET 2023). Candidates can check the schedule and regiter for the counsellign process on the official website: eapcet-sche.aptonline.in.

Candidates will be able to register themselves, pay the fee, get their certificates verified online and fill in the option entry for AP EAMCET Counselling till September 17, 2023.

According to the authority, the qualified and eligible candidates of AP EAPCET 2023 who participated in the first phase of AP EAMCET counselling will have to exercise fresh options for the vacant seats available after the first round of allotment. “ Consequential vacancies that may arise in the process of allotment, additional seats available in new colleges, courses. These candidates need not pay the processing fee once again” an official statement read.

APSCHE has also stated in the notice that those candidates who have not participated in the first phase can get their certificates verified in this final phase as per the given schedule.

“ The qualified and eligible candidates of AP EAPCET 2023 (MPC Stream) are informed to participate in web counselling for the seats available in (i) University & Private Engineering Colleges and Private Universities under Convener quota in the State of Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2023-24” the statement read further.

The candidates who have not participated in the first phase can get their certificates verified in the final phase as per the schedule given below.

AP EAPCET (AP EAMCET) Counselling 2023: Documents Required

All original certificates along with two sets of xerox copies have to be produced at the time of the counselling. Below given are the important documents that will be required during AP EAPCET (AP EAMCET) document verification: 

1. AP EAPCET (AP EAMCET) 2023 Rank Card

2. AP EAPCET-2023 Hall Ticket

3. Memorandum of Marks (Inter or its equivalent)

4. Proof of Date of Birth (SSC or its Equivalent Memo)

5. Transfer Certificate (T.C.)

6. Study Certificate from standard VI to Intermediate

7. Residence certificate for preceding 7 years of the Qualifying examination i.e. Inter or its equivalent in respect of Private candidates.

8. Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate of father/mother for a period of 10 years excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from Tahsildar in respect of Non-Local Candidates.

9. Aadhar Card (will be returned after verification)

10. Integrated Community Certificate, in case of BC/ST/SC issued by the competent authority

11. Income certificate of parents from all sources issued on or after 01.01.2016 or White Ration card (candidate name and either of the parent's name has to be reflected in the ration card) those who claim tuition fee reimbursement)

12. Local status certificate if applicable i.e a candidate who migrates to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana within a period of five years from the 2nd day of June 2014 shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh

13. Candidates claiming reservation under NCC/Sports/ PH/ CAP shall bring the original certificates
