AMU PhD Admission 2022-23 Open; Last Date to Apply is August 19

New Delhi: Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) is inviting applications for admission to its PhD program 2022-2023 from Indian as well as Foreign nationals. Candidates can apply by submitting their applications on the official university website at amucontrollerexams.com.

As per AMU, candidates who wish to apply for PhD admissions must have a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in the required discipline with at least 55% marks. Those who have an MPhil degree with 55% marks are also eligible to apply for admission.

• To apply for AUD PhD Admissions, candidates must have a master’s degree after a 4-year/8-semester bachelor’s degree Program with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade.
• OR MPhil Program with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade
• OR Bachelor’s degree Program (with research) with a minimum of 75% marks in aggregate
• Selection of candidates will be made through an admission test and Presentation-cum-interview. 
• Candidates who qualify for fellowship/ scholarship in UGC-NET/UGC-CSIR NET / GATE / CEED are exempted from appearing in the written test.
