NLU Delhi has opened AILET 2027 registration on August 7, 2026 for BA LLB and LLM admissions. The exam will be held on December 13, 2026. Candidates can apply at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in before November.

The National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi) has opened AILET 2027 registration. Candidates can apply at the official portal, nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. The application window opened on August 7, 2026. AILET stands for All India Law Entrance Test. It is the gateway to BA LLB (Hons) and LLM programmes at NLU Delhi. The exam will be held on December 13, 2026. The test will run from 2 PM to 4 PM. The last date to apply is tentatively in November 2026.

Who Is Eligible to Apply?
Eligibility differs for the two programmes on offer. Candidates in their qualifying year can also register.
BA LLB (Hons) Eligibility
- Candidates must have passed Class 12 or be appearing in 2027.
- A minimum of 45 percent marks is needed for General, OBC, and EWS.
- A minimum of 40 percent marks is needed for SC, ST, and PwD.
- There is no upper age limit for the programme.
LLM Eligibility
- Candidates must hold a 3-year or 5-year LLB degree.
- Final-year LLB students may also apply this cycle.
- A minimum of 50 percent marks is needed for General, OBC, and EWS.
- A minimum of 45 percent marks is needed for SC, ST, and PwD.
