In case candidates are given the same marks for AILET 2024 Exam, the tie will be broken using a set of rules that are decided by NLU Delhi. Given below are the tie-breaking criteria
- Candidates who get higher marks in Legal Aptitude will be ranked higher.
- If the tie persists, candidates who are senior in age will be ranked higher.
- If even after the application of the above two criteria, the tie persists, the rank will be determined by computerized draw of lots.
The AILET 2025 merit list will feature candidates who registered for AILET Counselling 2025 and fulfilled the admission criteria. Separate merit lists for BA LLB, LLM, and PhD programs will be released in three rounds following the announcement of the AILET 2025 results.
NLU Delhi has yet to announce the release date and time for AILET 2025. However, it is anticipated to be available in the 2nd week of December 2024.
