AIIMS Raipur PhD Admission 2026 Open Till March 19, Exam on April 7; Apply Now at aiimsraipur.edu.in

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Raipur) has begun the application process for Doctoral Admission 2026 through Google forms for entrance examination. Interested eligible candidates can submit their applications by March 19, 2026, through the institute’s official admission portal, aiimsraipur.edu.in.

As per the official notification, the PhD written entrance examination will be conducted on April 7, 2026, at the AIIMS Raipur campus for admission to doctoral programmes offered in various medical and allied science disciplines includes Anatomy, Biochemistry, Community & Family Medicine, Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, Microbiology, Orthopaedics, Pathology & Lab Medicine, and Physiology.

AIIMS Raipur PhD Important Dates 2026

The entrance consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQ) for Stage 1 and Stage 2, with a a total of 80 questions with a maximum score of 80 marks.

AIIMS Raipur PhD Eligibility Criteria

Candidates wishing to pursue admission to the PhD programme at AIIMS Raipur must hold a medical postgraduate degree in the relevant discipline with at least 55% aggregate marks from a recognized university or institute. A 5% relaxation in marks is applicable for candidates belonging to reserved categories.

Candidates who have qualified national-level research fellowships such as UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, ICMR, and DBT-JRF can also apply for doctoral programs provided they are eligible.
