Candidates who qualify in AIBE exam can download the COP from the official website – allindiabarexamination.com. You can collect the certificate from the State Bar Council with yiue admit card and result.

You can attempt the AIBE unlimited number of times until you pass. However, you must pass the AIBE within two years of your provisional enrolment with a State Bar Council. If that two‑year window passes and you’re still unqualified, you’ll need to re-enrol and attempt again.

Yes, law graduates who want to practice law must attempt and clear AIBE Exam. Applicants must have passed graduate course in law to be eligible for applying to the exam.
