AEEE 2024 Registration Open @amrita.edu; Apply till January 05

New Delhi: The Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has opened the application window for submitting online applications for AEEE (Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering) 2024 for both phases. Prospective candidates can submit their applications on the official website at amrita.edu. 

As per the schedule released, the registration process will be conducted in two phases. The registration deadline for Phase 1 is January 5, 2024. The deadline for phase 2 registrations has not been released it. 

The AEEE 2024 entrance examination is also divided into two phases, with the initial phase set for January 19 to January 22, 2023 and the second phase tentatively scheduled for May 10 to May 14, 2024. 

AEEE 2024 is scheduled to be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode across 125+ cities in India and the UAE. The exam will be held for a duration of 2.5 hours, featuring 100 questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English. The registration fee for AEEE 2024 is INR 1200.

AEEE 2024 Eligibility Criteria 

To register for the entrance exam, candidates are required to meet the below-mentioned AEEE 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must have completed Class 12 or its equivalent from a recognized board.
• They must have a minimum of 55% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics individually.
• They must have an aggregate of at least 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

How to Apply for AEEE 2024? 

Following are the steps for the candidates to complete the AEEE 2024 Registration. 

Step 1: Go to AEEE's official website at amrita.edu.

Step 2: Scroll down and select the "APPLY NOW" link on the homepage.

Step 3: Click on the "Undergraduate" link on the following webpage.

Step 4: Choose the BTech program you wish to apply for.

Step 5: A new page will appear; click on "Apply Now" and select the campus for your application.

Step 6: Complete the AEEE Registration 2024 form using your email address and phone number.

Step 7: Fill in the application form with your educational details and upload the required documents.

Step 8: Proceed to make the online payment for the AEEE 2024 Application Fees of INR 1200.

Step 9: Click "Submit" to save the application form for future reference.

AEEE 2024 Scholarships

Qualifying students from all branches of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham can avail scholarships covering 85% of seats in BTech programs. Approximately 4.5 crores worth of scholarships are offered annually to the top-ranking 300+ eligible candidates. 

Scholarships for the first year are determined by the admission exam rank (AEEE or JEE Mains), while subsequent years' scholarships depend on the cumulative grade point average (CGPA).

Meanwhile, admission to BTech programs at Amrita School of Engineering (Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Amaravati, Mysuru, Nagercoil) is based on the rank achieved in Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering 2024, JEE Mains 2024, SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test), or Pearson UG Engineering Entrance Examination Score (PUEEE).
