ABV IIITM Releases List of Provisionally Shortlisted Candidates for Presentation and Interviews for PhD Admission, Counselling To Be Conducted From December 19

ABV IIITM has published a list of applicants who have been shortlisted and are qualified to attend the round of interviews and presentations. The interview round will begin at 9 AM on December 18 and 19, 2024. On the same day, candidates must provide the original documents, such as the category certificate and the receipt for the application fee.

ABV IIITM PhD Admission Documents Required

At the time of the interview, both the original and a photocopy of each of the documents listed below are necessary.

• A print copy of the application that has been properly completed and self-attested (paste your most current colored photo on the application form)
• receipt for the application fee
• Academic Qualifications (10th, 12th, undergraduate, graduate, and other certificates) [One photocopy of each plus the originals]
• Any category certificates issued after April 1, 2024 [One photocopy plus the original]
• Scorecard (original plus one photocopy) for GATE, NET, CAT, GRE, ICAR, and other tests
• Experience certifications [one photocopy of each plus the originals]
• NOC, if relevant [One photocopy plus the original] (The NOC must be issued after the date of the January 2025 PhD admissions advertising.)
• Verified identification [original plus one photocopy]
• Two recent colorful photos
• Current resume (3 copies)
• PPT in hard copy and soft copy (three copies) [No more than five or six slides] The following slides ought to be included in the PowerPoint:
  • Slide 1: About yourself and your academic credentials
  • Slides 2–4: Research plan
  • Slides 5–6: Publications/Research Achievements, etc.

Information on admission will be sent to the email address the candidate supplied during registration. The university will not use any other means of communication with relation to admission.
