  • The Bachelor of Communication Studies (BCS) degree blends the business and creative disciplines with an in-depth understanding of communication theory and practice.
  • Students will acquire the skills and knowledge needed to become strategy-based communication, marketing, or public relations, specialists.
  • Students learn about how communication affects individuals, groups and society, and the responsibilities of the communication industries in local, national, and global contexts.
  • This degree provides opportunities to gain hands-on experience in communication, public relations, and marketing practice in the classroom, as well as in industry and community organizations.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

  • Applicants must have achieved an overall average of 75% in the Indian School Certificate (ISC), or the All-India Senior School Certificate (AISSC), with a minimum of 70% in English, or; 
  • An overall average of 80% in Senior School Certificate awarded from one of the following three Indian State Board year 12 qualifications: (i) Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC), (ii) Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Higher (Secondary) School Certificate; (iii) Karnataka Pre-University Certificate, with Minimum of 75% in English
  • Proof of English proficiency may be required for international applicants, whose first language is not English.
  • Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL to get admission to this program.
  • Submission of SAT and ACT exam scores are not mandatory in New Zealand Universities.

Indian Student Eligibility:

  • Students required to passed Class 12th with a percentage of 70-72% (Major), 78-82% (Honours) from one of the following boards:
    • All India School Certificate (CBSE)
    • Indian School Certificate (CISCE)
  • If English is not the students’ first language then they must provide proof of English competency.
