- Global Studies is a truly interdisciplinary program. It is the only Bachelor in the Netherlands to have 6 faculties equally teaching in the program. This means that experts will help students to integrate knowledge from different disciplines to better understand and intervene in complex global problems.
- Students will study with an international group of students, receive two years of language training, and have the opportunity to conduct a field study in the Global South.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- As English is the language of instruction in this study program, it is essential that English language skills are good enough for students to undertake intensive and challenging academic courses that are taught and examined in English.
- All applicants should write a letter in English of up to 600 words, answering questions such as: Why would students like to join Global Studies?, How suitable is the semester-theme approach for the way students like to study?
- All applicants should write a short essay in English of up to 400 words, describing a complex global problem and how it matters for them, their home community or home country locally.
