What Students Say
Likes
- I liked the curriculum of the program initially and the fact that those were the industry requirements.
- Friendly university, student centric, lots of opportunities. DCU had a lot of clubs and societies and opportunities for students. As compared to traditional Universities, they are open to ideas. It's best to stay on campus when here
Dislikes
- Course wasn't that great. Overall the university was good but the MSc in Digital Marketing course wasn't up to the level and the expectations. Moreover there are no placements or internships by the university
Required Exams for Admission
In terms of facilities, infrastructure and overall university experience DCU is an amazing option. However, the MSc in Digital Marketing course still needs some work in terms of structuring it, finding stable faculty and standardizing the course. For most of the masters programs they don't have a placement
Course Curriculum
While other courses were okay ours wasn't. The faculty was new and the old ones were strict in grading. The course was really unstructured.
Faculty
I'd recommend DCU for other courses but not this course as the faculty keeps changing.
Campus Life
DCU is very well equipped with all the facilities be it library, on campus gym, sports or the bar.
Placement
No placement opportunities are offered. The university assists you with CV guidance but you have to look for a job on your own.
Accommodation
I paid 900 euros per month inclusive of the utilities. It was an ensuite room with a shared kitchen. The advantage was that we didn't have to travel for the classes.
Exams
IELTS- 6.5, my score was 7.0 in IELTS. Some people also prefer to give Duolingo as the requirement is 110. SOP, LORs, application. There was no interview for M.sc in Digital Marketing.
Fees
16000 CAD
