Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training offers Certificate Course in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel and Customer Service. It is a 8 Month program with fee structure ranging from Rs. 1,30,000. Students. Effective Communication Skills, Grooming Skills, Personality development, Interviewing Skills, Customer Relation Management Skills, Aviation Skills Swimming, Hospitality and Travel Management with Computerized Reservation Systems are some of the points that will be taught through the program. And for students who wish to gain practical knowledge of the duties of cabin crew while flying, there is an optional course under this program named Inflight Familiarization. Students who are Graduate and are in the age group of 19-25 are eligible for this program. The classes are scheduled for 6 days a week with 2 Hours/ day.
