- The subject of musicology is a share subject within the two-subject bachelor's program of the Faculty of Cultural Studies. Music is almost ubiquitous, and it is always embedded in contexts. Musicology therefore deals with all varieties of music, with music as practice, music as art, music as meaning, music as text and much more.
- A specialty of the course is the high importance of practice-related practice (project work, internship, courses on presentation and mediation techniques).
