- The bachelor's degree in food chemistry includes content from chemistry and food chemistry with a focus on chemical analysis.
- It is located at the "Hamburg School of Food Science", which bundles all scientific activities in the field of food science, the course enables a solid education in all modern chromatographic, spectroscopic and food biochemical methods.
- The practical part of the course, which takes place in well-equipped laboratories, is around 50 percent. The aim of the course is to enable the students to apply the knowledge, skills and scientific methods imparted themselves.
