- The interdisciplinary course offers a high degree of practical learning content, both in lectures and seminars as well as on excursions, off-road exercises, and internships.
- It conveys extensive knowledge of processes, the dynamics and structure of our earth system as well as the interactions between humans and the environment.
- The aim is to be able to independently develop geoscientific applications and overarching relationships.
- Students can specialize in the areas of geology, crystallography, soil science, petrography, paleobiology, and geochemistry or combine several of these areas.
