The 24-month double master's program European Legal Studies and International Economic Law is a joint study program of the State University of St. Petersburg and the University of Hamburg. It is carried out by the Europa-Kolleg Hamburg in cooperation with the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce and is the product and expression of both the cooperation between the two universities and the town twinning between the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg and St. Petersburg.
