- The aim of the one-subject Masters in Nutritional Sciences 120 LP is to train scientifically qualified specialists for professional and managerial positions in research institutions and in the practical areas of nutrition, prevention and health promotion.
- The master's program has a nutritional medicine and research-oriented focus. It is designed as a consecutive course and builds on the Bachelor course. The students are enabled to research nutritional questions and to analyze epidemiological data about diseases and thus to work at university and non-university institutions as well as to participate in nutrition and health policy programs.
