The master's program in Biomathematics is a modern, interdisciplinary course that is unique in this form in Germany. Students of this course learn to abstractly describe problems of biology and other life sciences in mathematical models and to carry out qualitative analyzes based on such models or to develop methods for solving specific problems. Students are allowed to specialize according to their interests. The range of biomathematical lectures in which one learns how mathematical methods are used in biology is diverse.
