- Based on the basic theoretical and practical knowledge in chemistry the Master´s program leads to the second professional qualification in 4 semesters.
- The education addresses the actual research areas of the chemical institutes (e.g. biological chemistry, molecular catalysis, advanced materials or excited state processes) but also includes general scientific theoretical methodology and system proficiency.
- Instead of focusing on specialized narrow research fields the Master´s program provides a solid background and basis on which the students learn to grow into a new research area quickly.
- Students learn in mandatory classes and teaching modules of choice to address and solve individually complex scientific problems. Such skills enable them to continue with a Ph.D. program but also to take leadership positions in industry.
