The students must only pay a semester contribution fee of about $401 per semester. This fee includes free use of public transport in North-Rhine Westphalia, and reduced prices for food and beverages in the cafeteria (Mensa) and canteens.

Important Dates
This degree program is unique because it offers the opportunity to acquire useful knowledge at the master's level in addition to normal HR work. In addition to business and legal aspects, this includes psychologically well-founded HR work concepts.
In order for HR managers to be able to perform their increasingly demanding tasks competently, they need not only entrepreneurial knowledge but also, above all, psychologically sound knowledge about people - the most important resource for companies. The extra-occupational master's degree in Human Resource Management qualifies students for management tasks at a high level so that they can successfully meet the diverse requirements of modern personnel management in a national and international context with effective concepts.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- This course is open to all subjects.
- Students need one year of professional experience in the field of human resources as well as a degree of at least six semesters.
Indian Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Most of the courses at the RUB are held in German. Students must therefore have sufficient knowledge of German and provide evidence by obtaining one of the following language certificates:
- TestDaF with at least 16 points within an examination
- DSH (level 2 or 3)
- German Language Diploma - DSD - II
- ZOP or Goethe Certificate C2 from the Goethe Institute
- KDS or GDS from the Goethe Institute
- ÖSD language diploma C1
- telc German C1 Hochschule
- Assessment test (examination part German)
