Master of Arts [M.A] [Literature and media] From University of Bayreuth

The interdisciplinary course combines literary and media studies in a new way and thus takes into account the ever-increasing importance of the media in the cultural sector. Based on literary and media science modules, the course focuses on the complex mutual relationships between literature and the media. On the one hand, it is worked out to what extent literature itself is a medium and literary studies can be understood as media studies.
