- The importance of information technology in medicine has been increasing for years. The digitization of almost all areas of life accelerates this process and further increases the need for medical computer scientists.
- The student acquires special knowledge of the medical application subject with regard to specialist vocabulary, methodology as well as economic and legal framework conditions. In this practical course, they will get to know the typical processes in hospitals and integrated care structures. They experience the use of the latest information technology for the benefit of the patient from "inside" and help shape it in small projects during their studies.
