MBOSE class 12 syllabus for the academic session 2022-23 is available on the official website. Students can check and download the subject-wise syllabus from mbose.in. For the session 2022-23, the exams of class 12 will be conducted only once by the board. 

  • MBOSE HSSLC exams are scheduled to be conducted from March 1 to March 28, 2023. 
  • The practical exams will be held from February 10 to February 20, 2023.

MBOSE Class 12 Syllabus 2022-23

Meghalaya Board class 12 curriculum has been updated in accordance with the changes in the CBSE and NCERT standards. MBOSE 12th syllabus for different subjects is divided under streams of Science, Commerce, Arts, and Vocational Studies. Each subject carries 100 marks and a student requires a minimum of 30% of marks to pass in the particular examination. The latest syllabus for each stream is provided in detail below. 

Science Stream Syllabus

Science stream for class 12th consists of five subjects, PCM Group or PCB Group. PCM Group consists of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and one optional subject and the PCB Group consists of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, and one optional subject. Before appearing for the examination, students must make a proper plan and strategy while preparing for it. Below are given some of the preparation tips for the students that would definitely help them to prepare in a better way:

  • Cover complete syllabus: Before starting preparation, note down the whole syllabus of the exam. Divide your time well for preparation and revision. Make proper notes without skipping any important topic. Analyze your weak areas
  • Practice previous years question papers: Students are advised to practice previous years’ question papers to understand the pattern of the paper, the difficulty level of the examination and types of questions asked.
