Seniors are very helpful as they guide us very sincerely and positively and I follow them. They teach us about the doubts related to studies. related anything. They are always ready and they guide us in a positive direction every year. Our college organizes sports events in which most of the students participates and the most interesting is sometimes cash prizes are also be given to the students and trophies and some students are also gets chance to go in national level.

Placement Experience

Job opportunities are so much available all over the world and in India too as MDS is a well-known profession. As we treat not only dental patients but all so we treat general patients too. So I think that this profession is a broad profession having no end at all.

The placement scenario is very good. Everyone gets the opportunity to work in different hospitals and clinics. Each students has to undergo an internship period in the college. This is where they learn the practical skills and gain experience.

The course curriculum is very detailed. After BDS, I always wondered how much more I could learn in this subject and this desire was fulfilled in the masters. Each day is quite hectic for the students and there are sufficient lab classes.

Campus Life

The male to female ratio is 70 -30 and many extracurricular activities can be done in college. Facility for table tennis, basketball, cricket, volleyball, badminton, football. Students from all over India of near about 14 states. Northeast students are also there. There is a separate canteen for veg and non-veg and a Chinese canteen is also there. Attached hospital has good facility for students if needed and there is medical shop inside hospital open 24 hours and college is not far away from market well connectivity and only 5 min drive. Very near to Dehradun, Yamunanagar, and Chandigarh. Nice climate in the area.

Admission

I was called for counseling in Shimla and the branch I was interested in Himachal institute of dental sciences, Paonta sahib moreover faculty here was the best in the region. The administration was very good even arranged for our food while we were waiting for our turn in counseling the admission procedure was very much easy and even management had no problem with me for a fee in two installments.
