What percentile is required for admission to IIM Bangalore?

I hold a Bachelor's degree with no prior job experience. My academic profile holds a strong GPA of 8/8/8. I belong to the SC category, non-GEM.

To secure admission to IIM Bangalore, aiming for a percentile around the 99th percentile or above is generally recommended. However, admission criteria can vary from year to year, and it's always wise to check the latest requirements and prepare accordingly.

85 is the percentile

If you were a fresher,
It would be 100 percentile. B has a rule to call top 10 percentilers. So, your only chance of getting that call is to get a 100%ile. For rest of the IIMs, 99.6 or 99.7 would do. This I can say from my own experience.

the cut-off percentile is 85

The admission criteria at IIM Bangalore are detailed and category-specific. The sectional cut-offs for VARC, DILR, and Quant in the general category are 80, while the overall percentile cut-off is 85. These figures are 70 and 75 for the NC-OBC and EWS categories, respectively.
