Yes, SCMHRD includes a Written Ability Test (WAT) as part of its selection procedure. The WAT assesses candidates' written communication skills, analytical thinking, and ability to articulate ideas concisely. It complements other selection criteria such as CAT scores, academic performance, and personal interviews. The inclusion of WAT reflects SCMHRD's emphasis on holistic evaluation and ensuring that candidates possess the essential skills required for success in the MBA program and beyond.

The above question can be asked in the following solutions:

  1. If the weather is actually hot and recruiter feels you're thirsty.
  2. If recruiter feels you're nervous, and recruiter wants to make you comfortable.
  3. Just, out of formality.

In any of the above situations, it's ok and very normal to accept the water offer.

What should you do in these situations??

Situation-1: Always try to reach the interview venue before 15–30 mins. And, you use that time to make yourself refresh, you can go to rest room to groom yourself. These are the few things you can do to avoid few unwanted worries before any interview.

If you really don't have time, then you can gracefully take some water and can mention about the weather on the particular day.

Situation-2: To avoid this, you only have one way. You need to prepare well before the interview. Do good research about the company and the recruiter or interviewer. This will make you relax a little as you know where are you going and whom are you meeting.

Situation-3: If you really need water at that moment, take it. If not, just say Thanks. “No Thanks. I am fine. Thanks for asking “. This will fine.

I guess no ... Ur admission won't be on WAT. But there are relaxation of test score cut offs, subject to them meeting basic eligibility criteria, excellent academic track records and performance in personal interview process.

The Critical thinking test is quite similar to the WAT you have in other B schools. You will be given a topic and are expected to write on it, your writing should examine it critically from different aspects. Practice it like WAT, that'll be enough.

No, IMT Ghaziabad doesn't have WAT.

The final selection will be based on multiple factors like performance in the interview, test scores, academic scores, work experience, academic diversity, and critical thinking
