Agar coding specific career banana h toh take cse as vertical shift in bits is almost impossible. But if you donno what you want to do in future and wanna explore go to bits since the fee is same and bits offer so many opportunities. Also peer group can't be ignored, you'll be getting very skilled (academically as well) in bits. So, if you're not very down for cse go to bits.

well . i think go for bits , cz variety of oppurtunity you'd there , doesnt matter which branch you from , and if you dont know wht you wanna do and wanna explore , explore it in a good college , try coding in bits if you find it interesting then definitely you will do good there , and you'd get help in everything cz the peer group. if you dont find yourself in coding , vo tho lmnit me bhi nhi hoga atleast college life bits me achi mil jayeege , and it will help you in future. but yeah civil as a course is kinda tough
