Srm main campus biotech
I am really interested in biotech nd genetic engineering. I have got the course in srm main campus and like I didn't get a low rank, my rank was 290 and it would easily get me cse as well but because I have interest in biotech nd gene, I went with biotechnology specialization in genetic engineering. So I want to know how is the college for this course and I am north India so is it actually that bad for north Indians. I need honest review for it pls help
Also I have got btech chemical engineering in shiv nadar university. And it is with specialization in biochemical. So which one should I go for

See I have still not applied for SRMJEE because I have a doubt which is- I did my +2 in PCM but since I want to apply for BTech Biotechnology ONLY like there is no chance that I want to pursue CSE ECE etc.
So will that be okay if I give my SRMJEE in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English and Aptitude because from the past few months I have been studying Bio for an entrance and I find it easier than Maths (my maths is very poor) so there is a better probability for me to clear my SRMJEE if I give it in BPCEA than MPCEA but I am confused what if later they don't find me eligible because I did my +2 in PCM but gave my SRMJEE in PCB..
There is nowhere on the internet where I could get this query resolved.. So somebody please helppppp!!
