In my opening NCHMCT the council which head all the Ihm in the country is using outdated syllabus according to the practicality it should be revised as per today's culture and requirements.
Faculty are well qualified but as we discussed below the syllabus is outdated so they have to follow it

Fees and Financial Aid:

I were in Institute of Hotel Management and catering technology Jaipur for the 3 year course offers B.sc in Hospitality and hotel administration. The fee structure of course at that tenure approx 32000 INR per semester tution fee for college (course include total 6 semester). 25000 per Year hostel fee if provided subject of availability. Scholarship vaild as per central government rules for St,Sc and OBC Candidates. For OBC Candidates it becomes 70 % of total yearly fee For St, Sc candidate it becomes 50 % of total yearly fee. A reward amount is provided to the top three students you scored 1st 2nd and 3rd position according. Third semester includes Industrial Training session where you have to serve in any of the 5 star property for practical knowledge.

Life at IHM Lucknow

Fees and Financial Aid:

Institute of Hotel Management, Lucknow is a government owned college with a subsidized fee structure. The institute provides a degree of B.Sc. in Hotel Management and Catering. The yearly fees was approximately INR7,00,000. The campus has a boys hostel as well as a girls hostel both hostels and a common mess have a similar fee structure of INR 25,000 including food. No additional fees is required for the usage of the labs. IHM also provides scholarships to students based on their financial needs. SC/ST students are also provided with financial aid from the Goverment Welfare Department. Students can apply for scholarships through the National Scholarship Portal. The faculty of the institute is highly qualified and helpful.

Fees of IHM college can be paid in half yearly semester wise , it is approx 60000 per semester upto 6th sem SC,ST ,OBC has easy chance to get admission there as compare to general Job placements are good

Roi is good For Ihms, Nearly 1x if you are among top 50 percentile. while a lot of stdents struggle as well to get a job at the end. Placement assistance is good. Financial assustance as per GOVT NORMS applicable, but no assistance from college.

Recently there has been a huge hike in the course prices from 4 lakhs to almost 5 lakhs within 2 years but the overall quality and experience has been enhanced quite a lot. I have recently joined IHCL with an annual package of approx 4 lakhs.
