Review of my college

Likes

Our college campus is very good and beautiful
In our college campus there is beautiful garden
In our college there is also gym and cafeteria and very big ground

Dislikes

I don't like canteen menu and canteen food
I also don't like college colour it's like it's blue and white
I don't like reading in library seating area

Placement Experience:

Our college also give placement offers but it's less very placement offers only some students only gelt placement offers but yes our college give placement offers to their students in very good fields

Likes

The faculty is so Friendly and supportive.
Support students for study researches and other stuff related to education
The college is so deciplined and well maintained.

Dislikes

Don't organise fests or call celebrity in the college

Placement Experience:

If you are last year appearing you are eligible for the campus placement but college campus placement is not so good . Mostly banks or small company come for hiring. The average package is about 3 lac you should achieve around 60% . I am planning to do MBA after my degree

Changu kana thakur college total review based on my experience

Likes

Im an english student and the english lab, infrastructure, buildings, equipments all are really really good and money well spent by the college. The library is also one of the biggest library in all of india with over 1,00,000 books present.
The canteen is not up to the mark because from what i have experienced in previous colleges the canteen of CKT compared to them is not that good because there is a limited variety of food available and the quality is also mot thag good.
The teachers however are nice (English department) they helped me from the start of ty because i took admission here in ty. The sports facilities are good too and personally i like table tennis here. There are various cultural fests here too.

Dislikes

The management is really slow if you want to get something done it would take hours and hours after college just for a sign from the authority, i held an e-sports event here and my college ends at 12 but i had to wait till 7pm just for a sign.
Its supposed to be an english medium college but most teachers from other departments teach in marathi as the local language which puts student who dont know marathi in a pinch. English department obviously teaches in english im talking about others.
The students cheat a lot during examinations here from what i have observed and the college isn't really doing anything to counter that so for students like me who study to score it seems kind of unfair. There is no attendance problem here though.

Placement Experience:

After the third year or final year the students become eligible for campus placement and interviews . The companies that visit here range from icici bank, pharmaceutical companies, telecalling and tele marketing companies, dominos call centre services, nda (for ncc) etc. Highest package that i have personally seen for a fresher is of 2.5lpa and average package is around 1.8lpa. The percentage of students getting placed is still undisclosed by the college. My plans after getting the ba English literature degree is to pursue masters of English literature from this same college while preparing for UGC NET and doing a teaching job at a school.

The College For Historian

Likes

The faculty were so good and they motivate us.
The library is big and clean we can borrow books from there when we needed.
The bathrooms are clean and the cleaning staff take care of hygiene

Dislikes

There were so many disrespect full students in college.
The amount of students in one class is very high.
The infrastructure of college is not so good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Because I like History and I want to be a historian. 1:30 is the faculty: student ratio. All faculties are postgraduates, they teach very nicely. The exams were easy if you study because the exam is generally based on theory.
