The University of Calcutta controls the admission procedure of Sureswar Dutta Law College. 

10+2 Level Marks obtained from the Board recognized by the University of Calcutta:
 

GENERAL(UNRESERVED): At least 45% marks in the best four subjects. (Excluding compulsory Environmental Studies of WBCHSE).
 

SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PERSON WITH DISABILITY (Disability 40% or more): At least 40% marks in the best four subjects. (Excluding compulsory Environmental Studies of WBCHSE).

Tuition fees:- Rs 36,000/- per year, it can be paid in installments also.

All fees, including semester fees, must be paid within the months of June(for the academic period July to December) and November (for the Academic period December to June) for every academic session.

Admission fees: Rs 10,000/- (ONE TIME PAYABLE) (Non- refundable)
