Ans. GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) is a three-year INC-recognised diploma programme covering nursing fundamentals, anatomy, physiology, community health, midwifery, and clinical nursing care. After three years of study, students complete a mandatory six-month internship at an affiliated hospital. Graduates are eligible to register with the Bihar Nurses Registration Council and work as nurses in hospitals, nursing homes, and community health settings.
