in my course yearly fee in something around 12000 and it includes all the lap fee development fee workshop fee and for sc/st students their tution fee is off and there is a bihar student credit card scholarship .

First of all tution fee is very less,but some other charges like development fee, convenience fee, service fee all are something around 11000 per year.If you belongs to SC/ST category your tution fee is not mandatory to pay, Other amount you will have to pay.There are some scholarship like Bihar student credit card which covers your whole tution and hostel fee and it also give you a laptop fee including in it
