Placement Experience:
Campus placements are available for final-year students. Average packages are usually 3lac per annum. The highest may go up to 6-7 lacs. For footwear and leather students opportunities are better than for fashion design students. Bata, khadim and many reputed companies hire from our college. Designers like Sabyasachi also hire our students.
Remarks:
The library includes the air-conditioned reading hall and has a calm atmosphere so that the students can concentrate on their work.The library subscribes to Indian and foreign journals and magazines. The Institute provides adequate library facilities for the students.
Admission:
After completing my 10+2 exams, I filled out the registration form for AIST i.e. All India Selection Test for fashion designing course with a minimal registration fee of Rs. 500/-. I got the college through counseling on the basis of rank obtained by me.
