Admission to Delhi University is based on a merit list, following a straightforward and student-friendly process. The course fee is reasonable, ranging from INR 16,000 to INR 19,000 annually, with an additional examination fee of about INR 1,500 per exam. This is much lower compared to private colleges. The college's placement cell is effective, with prominent companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, and HDFC participating in drives. About 93% of students secure placements, with an average package of 3.5 LPA and the highest package at 36 LPA.
Internships start from the second year, offering stipends between INR 2,000 to INR 10,000. Job and internship fairs provide opportunities in various fields. A developing alumni network aids in attracting companies and supporting startups. Scholarships are awarded to top students, with financial assistance of INR 1,000 per month for course toppers, and INR 15,000 for the overall college topper. The annual course fee is INR 27,500, with concessions available through interviews and financial aid covering 20-30% of fees for those with EWS certificates.
A laptop may be provided at no extra cost, and students can participate in the Placement Cell for certificates and recommendation letters.
