Admission Criteria
Course Details
Aspirants seeking admission to 5 Year Full-time B.Arch Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.
Academic Requirement:
- The candidate should have passed12th Standard/Pre-university course or equivalent with Minimum 50% or above, 45% or above for OBC, SC and ST (Maths and English compulsory).
- 10+3 Diploma (Architecture, Civil & Interior Design) or equivalent recognized by Central/ State Governments with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
- International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling, with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as compulsory subject of examination.
Entrance Exam:
Candidates must qualify one of the following entrance test - NATA.
Reservation:
- 50% - as per reservations policy of Government of Karnataka
- 50% - as per reservation policy of Government of India

Fee Structure And Facilities:
Fee structure is expensive for a middle class or lower class family its about in lakhs every year so like 6-7 lakhs in course you have to spend so its so expensive you can pay by any means Demand draft,NEFT, bank pay, debit card credit card any means. There was no extra fees taken by college to secure my seat no politics for seat you have to clear entrance exam.

Course Curriculum Overview:
the syllabus is designed according to new market requirements. when other colleges are learning software and other subjects in the second year, we were introduced to it in the 3rd year. the course is good, but the college isn't. the teachers are very supportive and they themselves have good knowledge.
