Admission to the college requires passing an entrance exam, submission of 10th and 12th-grade marksheets, a character certificate, and other necessary documents. Applications are completed online in May or June, with selection based on a merit list compiled using category-wise marks. The college, affiliated with Magadh University, offers affordable course fees due to its government status, with minimal costs across vocational and non-vocational courses. Admissions have an annual fee structure of INR 45,000, including INR 15,000 for tuition, INR 700 for registration, and INR 1,450 for exams.

BCA program fees are INR 15,500 for general students and INR 10,000 for reserved category students. Hostel and mess fees are INR 5,000 and INR 4,000 per year, respectively.
