Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidate must hold an MS/DNB in General Surgery, MS/DNB in Otorhinolaryngology, or MS in Traumatology and Surgery from a recognised institution.
  • The PG degree (MS/DNB) must have been completed on or before 31 January 2027 for the 2026-27 session.
  • For the Tamil Nadu State Quota: Candidate must be an in-service government medical officer of Tamil Nadu, appointed through TNPSC/MRB competitive examination, with a minimum of 2 years of continuous service as on 31 March 2027, and must have at least 5 years of service remaining after completion of the course.
  • Candidate must be a citizen of India and possess a valid medical registration certificate from MCI/NMC or State Medical Council.

Admission Process:

  • Qualify NEET SS 2026 conducted by NBEMS (National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences).
  • Register for MCC Super Specialty Counselling (All India Quota) at mcc.nic.in, or for Tamil Nadu State Quota counselling at tnmedicalselection.net (in-service candidates only).
  • Pay the non-refundable processing fee (Rs. 1,000 for MCC; Rs. 1,000 for TN state quota counselling; Rs. 5,000 application fee for TN state quota).
