Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must hold an MBBS degree from an NMC/MCI-recognised institution.
  • Candidates must have completed a one-year rotatory residential internship (CRRI) on or before the cut-off date specified in the NEET PG prospectus.
  • Candidates must have qualified NEET PG 2026 and must be domiciled in Tamil Nadu for state quota seats.

Admission Process

  • Qualify NEET PG 2026 conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE).
  • Register on the TN DME portal (tnmedicalselection.net) for Tamil Nadu State Quota counselling, paying the registration fee of Rs. 1,000 and security deposit of Rs. 30,000.
  • Fill in choice of courses and colleges in order of preference and lock choices before the deadline.
  • Seat allotment is done based on NEET PG rank, choice preferences, and Tamil Nadu Rule of Reservation.
  • Download the provisional allotment order and report to GVMC with original documents within the stipulated date.
