Can I apply to this college without the NEET exam?

For the MBBS, MD / MS, and M. Ch. courses, the NEET examination is necessary as per the guidelines of the Medical College of India. You can apply for the BHA, BPH, and B.Sc courses without having given the NEET exam before. The other courses require MBBS as eligibility criteria, which can be achieved only after giving the NEET Exam.

What is the process for the application of scholarship?

A passport size photograph, copy of marks card of the examinations mentioned duly attested by the Principal of the respective school/ college, should be enclosed. The application can be mailed to The Secretary, Yenepoya Moideen Kunhi Memorial Educational and Charitable Trust, Yenepoya University Campus, University Road, Deralakatte, Mangalore 575 018.

What are the freeze, float and withdrawal options in the NEET counseling form?

If the candidate is satisfied with the allotted college in the form and does not want to be considered for any more rounds of the counseling can use the Freeze option. This is also known as the Lock option. On the other hand, if the candidate is satisfied but also wants to be considered for other colleges and rounds, he can use the Float option. Lastly, if the student is not satisfied with allotted college, and does not want to appear for the subsequent rounds, he can use the withdraw option.

What are the general details of the NEET exam?

Candidate should have passed 12th standard, should have obtained 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (taken together) and should have passed English as one of the subjects.
He/She has obtained a minimum of marks in National Eligibility – cum – Entrance Test as prescribed in Clause 5 of Chapter II.
The candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission

All the seats, including NRI/Management quota, are allotted by merit through online counselling conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee, Directorate General of Health Services, New Delhi and Karnataka Examination Authority, Bangalore. The year wise i pay is 22 lakhs which may increase as year passes as the demand of the course is increasing day by day It is all including package which all the tutiin fee hostel fee development fee lab fee and also the forst year books are included My batch mates are also having the same fee .

Hectic period...there is class even on Sunday

Fees and Financial Aid:

MBBS is a 5½ year degree. I got seat through Management seat each year we are paying 22 lakhs and on 5th year we will be paying 12 lakh on 5th year we will be getting a stipend of 12000 each month by our college So the whole course fee package is 1 crore including hostel, food, books. NRI students are paying 1.50 crore while government students are paying 7 lakhs for the whole course There is no scholarship even if you score 100/100

The year wise fees I have to pay is from 1 st yr to 4 th yr it is 22 lakhs per year and for last year it is 12 lakhs. It is a package of 1 cr. There is no extra charges like caution fees, registration fees, development fees etc. They also provide uniform and laundry service. I got seat in management quota. For muslim minority this college provide concession in fees. Students from Karnataka can avail goverment seats if they have good neet score.
