The selection criteria for Admissions to the MBA programs of the institute is based on multiple factors:

• The pre-selection of candidates will be made considering the marks of qualifying examination and CAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ EMAT Score
• The selected candidates will be called for the Group Discussion, Viva-Voce, and Personal interview through registered post and email.

The MBA programs at EIILM Kolkata are offered in management in 11 different specializations for the duration of 2 years. In addition to that, the students are also required to do the Winter as well as Summer Internships provided by the institute.

The entire MBA program of EIILM is divided into 4 semesters of 6 months each. The Foundation programs of first year are based on the basic knowledge of Management including strong practical orientation.

During the second year, the students are required to opt 9 optional papers. Out of which 5-6 will be taken in the 3rd semester while 3-4 papers will be held during the 4th semester.
