21 Jun, 2025 Asmita College of Architecture Thane has extended the Online Pre-Registration deadline for B.Arch Admission 2025 upto June 27, 2025. Aspirants must register online @mu.ac.in/admission and should also submit the college application form separately. The merit lists will be released at the institute level if seats remain vacant. 15 Jun, 2025 NATA 2025 Schedule has been announced on the official website @nata.in for B.Arch Admissions. The registrations are open and interested candidates can apply till June. 29 May, 2025 Asmita College of Architecture Thane B.Arch Fee Structure 2025-2026 is out. The total academic fee is ₹ 6 Lakhs.

Asmita College of Architecture Thane 2025 will be conducted in both computer-based and offline modes across multiple centers from March 7, 2025, to June 2025. The online application process began on February 3, 2025, and candidates must complete their registration before the deadline. Registered applicants can download their NATA 2025 admit card by logging in with their credentials. Candidates can attempt the exam up to three times, and the NATA 2025 results will be released after each test. As the Council of Architecture (CoA) does not conduct centralized counseling, qualified candidates must apply separately to their preferred institutions.

Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission in this program should meet the following criteria

Students should have completed Class 12 or equivalent with minimum 50% marks along with the compulsory subjects (PCM).
Students should have completed Class 10+ 3 year diploma course in any stream from a recognized university/ board/ institution.
Cleared NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) with the 80% marks conducted by Council of Architecture(CoA)

One of milestones of my educational path

Fee Structure And Facilities:

The one year fee for the B. Arch course is around 1 lacs, which was fine by me, since the facilities provided are good. The placements could have been better.

Nice Infrastructure, well educated faculty memebers

Fee Structure And Facilities:

The first year fee of the B. Arch plan was just over 1 lac. The facility provided were quite limited. The building and the infrastructure was good, the campus was wi-fi enabled. The classrooms and the labs have been revamped lately.

We have five year of the college based on yearly semester pattern. First two year of the college was internal exam whereas the final three year we have University exam and the jury. All five year of the course was structured for overall development of the students.
