DAV Kanpur M.Com Marketing: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The Master of Commerce program in the Commerce department spans four semesters and requires students to successfully complete each semester to earn their degree. The program adheres to UGC grading guidelines, using SPGA scores for each semester and calculating an annual CGPA. To pass, students must score at least 25 out of 75 in written exams and 10 out of 25 in internal exams. An annual research project is also required.

The department, with over 20 teachers, maintains a good student-to-teacher ratio. Campus placements are available only to final-year students, with a historical preference for female students. However, the overall placement situation is not highly regarded, and students should maintain moderate expectations. The course fees vary by gender and academic year: for the current year, boys pay 5,062 rupees and girls 4,822 rupees in the final year, while the previous year’s fees were 4,312 rupees for boys and 4,072 rupees for girls.

These fees include all additional charges. Students with at least 50% marks in their previous course can apply for the UP scholarship.
