Rathinam College provides substantial placement opportunities for its students. Out of the 28 third-year students, 18 are currently participating in placements, while the other 10 are focusing on furthering their knowledge. The minimum salary offered to students in placements is Rs. 20,000, with potential increases as they gain experience. The college also supports various internships in fields such as air media, studio, micro infotech, and cinema.
There are two options for fee payment: a full annual payment directly to the college or monthly installments of Rs. 10,000 through Gray Quest, a financial service. Monthly payments via Gray Quest must be made on a set date. Additionally, there are SC scholarships available for eligible students to provide financial assistance.
