The BCS course offers good facilities, such as a well-equipped computer lab and book laboratory, but faces a high failure rate among first-year students. Students become eligible for placements starting in the 5th semester. The highest salary package offered was 4 lakh per annum by Accenture, with average packages ranging from 2.5 to 3 lakh per annum, mainly from TCS groups. Most students securing jobs have a CGPA above 7.
Although the college doesn't provide on-campus placements, it offers internship opportunities through a selection process with companies like TCS. Scholarships are limited, with a notable Rs. 10,000 scholarship for students scoring above 81%. SC/ST students benefit from a fee reduction, paying Rs. 6,000 annually for three years. The first-year fee is Rs. 37,970, the second-year fee is split into two installments of the same amount, and the third-year fee is Rs.
35,370, also in two installments. Additional expenses include journal and lab book fees under Rs. 1,000, an exam fee of Rs. 1,050, and Rs. 50 per subject for backlog fees. Hostel costs range from Rs. 4,000 to Rs. 5,000 monthly. A merit-based Central Sector Scholarship is also available. Campus placements are offered by the college.
