Complete Overview of VR Siddhartha Engineering College,Vijayawada

The annual tution fee for an year in VRSEC is 72820/- and the hostel fee per year is 80000/-. They will provide a scholorship for the merit students called NSF scholorship based on the economic standard of their families and meritness of the student.This collegehas only JVD scheme feature so that students and parents can be relaxed from the tution fee payment.They also collect a 2000/- for the library and caution fee for every odd semester. The NSF scholorship is of 20000/- for the merit and ecomomically unstable students.

the hikes are very less every year, but this year our college is announced as the deemed to be university so there was a little huge hike in the prices, I joined in the college in category -b, now there is only eamcet counselling and special entrance exam for our college.

The curriculum is very good providing the practical knowledge that the students need for survival after college. not only study but it also supports the students for any kind of sporting events.

Dislikes

I didn't like the exam frequency they're too often leaving a hectic pressure on us.
I also thought that few subjects in the syllabus are useless which are not even of our branch and something which we don't understand.

The fee structure is quite affordable in getting an university degree with good teaching facilities. Coming to the fees structure the price of tution fee till last year was 72000 because it comes under the regulation of an autonomous college. But now the college is approved as a deemed university so the fee structure is changed the tution fee is 2.2L per annum . There are few other compulsory charges which include semester examination fee, library fee and all which would be around 7k. The Library fee is only paid once in four years so it would make a difference of 5k for other years compared to first year. The total would be around 2.4 lakhs per annum.

The college has both pros and cons but depends on your need

The schedule is a little bit tight as the semester gets finished within 3 months even excluding the holidays.
Once the exams start students will have exams for every 15 days which is very stress full.

Tution fee for the students who came from eamcet use to be 72000/- And for students who are coming by b category it's 2.2L Now the college doesn't accept eamcet as it has become university and the fee for university students is around 2.3L And there are several scholarships which offers based on the merit around 20k There are few cumpolsary payments that are semester examination fee which would be around 1200 per sem.a fixed deposit of 5000 for four years. The campus placements are good and the college has connections with good companies

the exams in vr sidhhratha is very challenging for 25 internal marks iyou have to write exams for 4 times and the questions will be lengthy and the semster exams are also challenging

Attendance minimum percentage, heavy work loads like many courses and other tasks will be given at a time

The fee structure basically 66,200 is for cat A , and 180,000 for cat b -Ai and ds ,Ai and ml and 2,00,000 for cse cat b 66,100 cat A . And These are fixed and Cat b students must may before a academic year starts

Fee structure is high I tried for middle class members.

Fee of my college fee is 60000.as I am qualifying the EMCET examinations.so I get fee reimbursement Andra Pradesh government 4 terms in year and I am also staying in my hostel fee is 50000 in a year of government also giving the 20000 of money for the student who staying in the hostel.

VR SIDDARDHA ENGINEERING COLLEGE

Fees in our college are about 70000 per year through EAPCET. And by management quota, the fees are about 1.25lakh per semester. And our college gives Siddhartha foundation scholarships for economical help for students.
