The Department of Forensic Science offers students the chance to apply for internships in both private and government labs, which can be either paid or unpaid. These internships are available in both online and offline formats and last from 1 to 6 months. The annual fee for general category students is between 25,000 to 28,000 INR, with slight variations each year.

Students from Maharashtra benefit from a scholarship scheme that allows most to receive a half-fee scholarship, while reserved category students might qualify for free tuition. Unfortunately, there are no scholarship options for students from outside the state.
