Starting from the 4th semester, students can participate in campus interviews, with companies like Amazon, HCL, and a BPO-based company visiting the campus. Every student receives a job offer, and the salary packages vary depending on the employer. Amazon provides roles in BPO telecalling with stipends that depend on performance.
HCL's selection process is extensive, consisting of 8 rounds, including a quiz, one-on-one interviews, assessments in math, and English speaking and writing tasks. The college offers a moderate fee structure that is affordable for middle-class families while also providing a 100% scholarship benefit to students. Furthermore, the college actively collaborates with multiple companies to enhance placement opportunities, ensuring students are recruited according to their skills.
